To make that happen, here's what we ask: Before You Book Please share a little about yourself and the purpose of your trip when requesting a reservation. All guests ages 2 and up must be included in your guest count — no exceptions. On the Property 🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including doorsteps. Any cleanup resulting from violations is the guest's responsibility. 👥 Only registered guests are permitted on the premises. Visitors must be approved by the host in advance. 📬 Please do not use the mailbox or have personal mail delivered to the property. 🪑 Furniture must remain exactly as you found it — no moving or rearranging, please. Liability Guests assume full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses occurring on the premises. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and accept this condition. We recommend purchasing personal travel insurance for added peace of mind.

Airport Transportation by Taxi/Car/Uber: - Newark Airport (EWR) - only 25 minutes by taxi. (closest - in New Jersey) - La Guardia (LGA) - 45 minutes - JFK Airport (JFK) - 50-60 minutes Best method to travel from the airport is via Uber/Lyft or Private Car Service. Public transportation from JFK & LGA is possible but not recommended. *DOWNLOAD THE NJ TRANSIT MOBILEAPP* The commute by NJ Transit bus # 165 or #166 or #128 to 42nd Street (The Port Authority Bus Terminal) is approximately 20 minutes (45 mins. with traffic). The bus costs $3.50 each way (adults) and $1.55 (children). Bus stop is only 3-minute walk from the apartment. Buses are every 15 minutes. From Port Authority Bus Terminal you can connect with the NYC Subway that can take you anywhere in NYC. There is no Metro/train to Manhattan from here. People usually travel from here by bus or car/Uber. Please note that when boarding the bus in New Jersey, exact amount in cash is required or you can also use your favorite electronic wallet. Boarding the bus in Port Authority Bus Terminal requires prior ticket purchase. Tickets can be purchased at the New Jersey Transit ticket booth inside Port Authority terminal or using your favorite electronic wallet. There is also a New Jersey Transit app you can download called & "My Tix". Expired meter tickets are $29 as of Sept 2023 -OVERNIGHT VISITOR PARKING PERMITS You must purchase Daily Overnight Passes for EACH DAY for 24 hour usage. Tickets for parking without an overnight pass are $63 as of Sept 2023 -Note about Street Cleaning You will need to move your car to the other side during following times to prevent getting a ticket. Left side of the street Wednesday from 3:30-5PM. (our side of street) Right side of the street Fridays from 3:30-5PM. You can move it back immediately after the street cleaning passes.
