Check-in: 3:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM Late Check-Out Requests: To maintain our high standards and ensure a pristine space for every guest, our professional cleaning team arrives promptly after 11:00 AM. While late check-outs are generally not possible, limited extensions may be available for an additional fee of $30 per 30-minute extension. Requests must be made at least one day before check-out and processed through the booking app. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our cleaning team's schedule and preparing for future guests.

House Rules & Booking Guidelines When booking, please share a little about yourself and the purpose of your trip. All guests, including children aged two years and older, must be included in the reservation count. Policies & Restrictions No Smoking: Smoking anywhere on the property, including doorsteps, is strictly prohibited. Guests are responsible for disposing of any related waste. No Unauthorized Visitors: Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property. If you wish to have visitors, please communicate in advance and receive approval from the host. No Mail or Packages: The use of mailboxes or delivery of personal mail to the property is not allowed. No Furniture Rearrangement: Moving or rearranging furniture is strictly prohibited. Liability & Guest Responsibility Guests assume full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur on the premises. By confirming this reservation, guests acknowledge and accept these risks. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for additional protection. Airport Transportation (Taxi/Car/Uber): Newark Airport (EWR): Only 25 minutes by taxi (closest airport, located in New Jersey). LaGuardia (LGA): 45 minutes by taxi. JFK Airport (JFK): 50-60 minutes by taxi. For convenience, we recommend traveling via Uber/Lyft or Private Car Service. While public transportation is available from JFK and LGA, it’s not the most efficient option. NJ Transit Bus Option: Download the NJ Transit Mobile App for easier access to bus schedules and tickets. Bus Service: Take NJ Transit buses #165, #166, or #128 to 42nd Street (Port Authority Bus Terminal). The ride takes approximately 20 minutes (or 45 minutes with traffic). Cost: $4 for adults $2 for children Buses run every 15 minutes, and the bus stop is just a 3-minute walk from the apartment. From the Port Authority, you can connect to the NYC Subway to explore Manhattan. Please note that there is no direct metro or train to Manhattan from the bus stop. Payment Information: Exact cash is required when boarding the bus in New Jersey, or you can use an electronic wallet. When boarding at the Port Authority Bus Terminal, you must purchase a ticket beforehand.
